摘要
企业内外环境变化和新产品开发特点要求新产品开发的组织设计坚持"以人为本"的基本理念。在分析中国企业新产品开发所面临的组织问题的基础上,分析研究了如何创建"以人为本"的新产品开发组织。这些组织设计思路对正在由生产型经营模式向开发型经营模式转变的中国企业来说,有着特别重要的意义。
Environmental changes around enterprises and the characteristics of new products development require that the organization design of new products development must be humancentric. It firstly analyses the organizational problems of new products development in Chinese enterprises,and then specifically discusses how to build human-centric organizations of new products development. These organization-design principals are particularly useful for Chinese companies,which are changing from production orientation to business-development orientation.
