摘要
知识流转体系的完整和流转效率的高低具有一定的外部性效应,这种效应体现在产业结构演进上,可以纠正产业结构的演进方向,促进产业结构的合理化。产业结构演进基础在于知识流转的方向,而偏离这个基础的基于投资指向和政府作用指向的演进会引发许多问题,反而影响产业结构的演进。基于知识流转效应的产业结构演进模型分析揭示,建立知识流转和产业结构演进互动模型意义重大,不但可以促进知识产品的生产,也可以推进产业结构的演化,提高经济增长质量,实现经济的可持续增长。
The completeness and effectiveness of the knowledge transferring play a role for the correction direction and great validity of industrial stucture evolution (ISE). ISE works on the basis of the direction of knowledge transferring and it will cause some problems for the investment-orientated and government-orientated evolution if otherwise directed and vice versa. The analysis of the industrial structure evolution and impetus mechanism based on knowledge transferring reveals that the establishment of the interating model can push not only the production of the intellectual production but also the evolution of industrial structure in the course of economic development.
