摘要
选用作者合成的一系列藏红颜料和氯铝钛菁组合,采用真空镀膜技术,研制成NESA/perylene Reds/ClAlPc/Ag p-n异质结有机太阳电池。测定了各种组合电池的光电效应和伏安特性,发现NESA/Me-PTC/ClAlPc/Ag电池具有较好的光电效应。在光照5.62mWcm^(-2)下,开路电压达140mV,短路电流为420μA,填充因子可达54.3%,光电转换效率为1.0%。初步讨论了藏红颜料的结构等因素对电池光电效应的影响。
A series of perylene red pigments are synthesized and purified, some p-n heterojunction organic solar cells coupled with ClAlPc and different perylene red pigments are fabricated with vacuum deposition, and their photoelectric properties and I-V characteristics are measured. It is found that the cell NESA Me-PTC/ClAlPc/Ag shows excellent photoelectric properties, its open circuit voltage is 0.14V and short circuit photocurrent 420μA (Ohmic contact area is 1cm2) under 4.72 mW/cm2 white light. The conversion efficiency reached 1.00% with a large fill factor 54.3% under the experimental conditions. The effect of the perylene red structures and other factors on the photo-voltage properties of the cells are primarily studied.
