A Discussion on the Management Mechanism for the Research of Literate Humaniors and Nature Sciences in High Institutions

20世纪90年代以来,我国高等教育领域先后实施了一系列重大改革,为高校科研管理体制尤其是管理机构的设置提出了新的挑战。在此,重在探讨中国高校人文社会科学类研究和自然科学类研究的管理机构分口和归口设置的问题,包括高校科研管理的现实背景、基本模式及其分布情况、影响因素及主要优缺点等。

As a result of a series of higher education reforms during the last decade in China,the setup of organization which can be responsible for research administration to deal with new challenges. Based on the definition of the core content of research administration organization model,it mainly analyzes the current conditions of high education reform especially related to research and research administration,and its influence elements through 2 group-examples,then points out both of the advantages and disadvantages of different models.
