摘要
基于金属塑性变形原理,以钢球坯为研究对象,建立了周期断面纵轧的连轧数学模型;以周节为基本变形单元体,研究了咬入区不产生后滑的轧件周节关系及相位调节原理。
Based on the theory of metal plastic deformation, and take the steel-ball as a object, a mathematic model of continuous rolling with periodic section workpiece has been established. Taking the workpiece period as a basic deformation unit, the author investigated in this paper the period relationship without consideration of the backward slip in bite zone, and discussed a principle of the phase adjusting.
