摘要
采用有限元耦合分析方法,对BELT装置硬质合金顶锤进行了应力分析,并深入分析了主要结构参数(半锥角、预应力圈高度、底面直径)对最大主应力的影响。通过对结构参数的最佳值进行探讨,提出了一种新型的顶锤结构。
Stress analysis is carried out on carbide anvil of BELT apparatus, with coupling analysis method of FEM and taking into consideration of the combined influence from working pressure, radial prestress and thermal stress. The influence of structure parameters, such as half cone angle, height of prestress rings and diameter of supporting face, on maximum main stress is investigated. A new anvil structure is also presented based on a discussion on optimization of structural parameters.
