摘要
采取原位热压方法 ,利用 Ti、Al、Ti C为原料合成了 Ti Al/ Ti2 Al C复合材料。通过 X衍射图谱 ,分析了从 6 0 0℃到 130 0℃该合成过程的相形成规律。Ti、Al、Ti C的反应大致可分为 2个阶段 :90 0℃之前 ,Ti和 Al反应生成 Ti Al金属间化合物 ;90 0℃之后 ,Ti Al金属间化合物和 Ti C反应并合成致密 Ti Al/ Ti2 Al C复合材料。讨论了这 2个阶段的反应机理及烧结产物的微观结构特点。
TiAl/Ti_2AlC composites were prepared by in-situ hot pressing of Ti/Al/TiC powders mixtures. Investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) of samples sintered at different temperatures, the reaction procedure of Ti/Al/TiC powders mixtures could be divided into two stages. Before 900 ℃, Ti reacts with Al to form TiAl intermetallics, above 900 ℃, TiAl reacts with TiC to produce dense TiAl/Ti_2AlC composites. The mechanics of synthesis and microstructure were especially discussed.
