熔盐法合成SrBi_4Ti_4O_(15)片状铁电陶瓷粉末 被引量:7

摘要 用熔盐法合成了片状 Sr Bi4 Ti4 O1 5粉体 ,对其微观形貌进行了分析 ,讨论了不同温度对合成物相的影响。在 85 0~ 10 0 0℃之间 ,随着温度的升高 ,合成粉体的片状结构更趋明显 ,从 XRD图谱可以看出 ,和 SEM相对应 ,用熔盐法合成的粉体烧结后 (0 0 1)面的取向性很明显。 In this paper,SrBi_4Ti_4O_ 15 flake powder was synthesized by molten salt synthesis method(MSS). The microstructure and the phase of reaction products for different synthesis temperature were detected by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). During 850~1 000 ℃, the flake structure of powder was much more distinct with the temperature increased. The sample of the sintered by using the SrBi_4Ti_4O_ 15 flake powder was oriented at (00l) grain plane.
