摘要
采用吸油性较好的膨胀石墨与酚醛树脂基活性炭复合 ,制成用于吸收生活废油的吸油材料。研究了膨胀石墨与酚醛树脂基活性炭复合材料中膨胀石墨与酚醛树脂基活性炭的不同配比、温度对复合材料吸油率的影响等 ,通过扫描电镜对吸油复合材料微观结构的观察 ,分析和探讨了吸油复合材料的吸油机理。
Adoption absorption oil property better the expanded graphite and the phenol aldehyde compound, make in to used for the absorb living waste oil of the absorption oil material. This paper studied inside to the expanded graphite and phenol aldehyde composites, expanded graphite and phenol aldehyde of differ ratio,and influence of temperature at absorption oil rate etc . Pass to look into the expanded graphite-phenolic resin base acticarbon composite of microcosmic structure by the SEM, analyse and discuss the expanded graphite-phenol aldehyde composite of absorption oil mechanism.
