基于领导风格视角的员工沉默行为研究——以大连某四星级酒店为例 被引量:1

摘要 营造积极的员工进谏气氛是企业良性发展的一个重要因素。然而受到中国传统文化影响,企业中员工沉默行为是一种普遍现象。本文以大连某四星级酒店为研究对象,从领导风格视角对员工沉默行为进行研究。研究表明高定规高关怀型领导风格下的员工沉默程度最低,低定规低关怀领导风格下的员工沉默程度最高,进而提出改善员工沉默的相关建议。
