摘要
介绍了WAPS中双阀ECU驱动电压优化选择的一种试验方法,在保证WAPS总成喷油性能的前提下,选择了能使ECU功耗降低的驱动电压,该试验方法通过调节不同的ECU驱动电压,实测其对部件及总成喷油性能的影响,不考虑系统中电、磁、液等其他影响因素,将试验结果进行分析比较,最终选择了48 V的ECU驱动电压。
A kind of test method to optimize ECU driving voltage in double valve WAPS is introduced. When fuel injection performance of WAPS assembly is satisfied,the driving voltage is chosen to reduce the power consumption in the ECU. In the method the ECU driving voltage is adjusted,and its influence to the properties of the parts and assembly is measured. When influencing factors on electricity,magnetism,fluid property are not considered,the test results are analyzed and compared. Finally,the 48 V ECU driving voltage is chosen.
