摘要
利用改进的比例积分微分(PID)控制策略,完成了100%负荷突卸和52.5%负荷突加的试验指标要求,并给出了柴油机在负荷突变过程中的动态调速特性曲线。为实现60%负荷突加试验的要求,通过优化PID油量表格和喷油正时,同时引入分段喷油策略,使该机突加性能改善明显,瞬态调速率降至6.5%,也为今后改善发电用柴油机突加突卸性能提供了理论依据。
Using the improved PID control algorithm,this paper implemented the test requirements when 52. 5% load was added and100% load was reduced suddenly. This paper also gave the dynamic curves of speed when load was abruptly changed. To meet the test requirements when 60% load was added suddenly,this paper improved the transient performance significantly by optimizing PID parameters and injection timing,and introducing the segmented injection strategy,test results showed that the timing rate could reach6. 5%,which provided the theoretic basis to improve the performance of loaded suddenly and unloaded suddenly for generator diesel in future.
