摘要
结合用户反馈的柴油机隔夜启动困难故障信息,对故障机进行了验证分析,通过低位直流燃油吊瓶方法模拟整车隔夜启动,复现了故障现象。通过低压燃油管路磅压方法观察柴油渗漏点,发现单体泵柱塞偶件部位渗漏柴油,检测数据表明单体泵柱塞偶件间隙超差,燃油低压管路柴油渗漏后混入空气导致柴油机隔夜启动困难。
According to the fault information feedback from customer for overnight start-up malfunction,the validation and analysis for fault engine are made. DC low fuel infusion bag method is used to simulate the vehicle overnight start-up,and the resemble failure phenomenon is recurred. The method of low-pressure fuel pipeline test is used to observe the location of fuel leakage,and it is found in plunger matching parts of unit pump. The bench test results indicate that the clearance between plunger matching partsin unit pump which exceeds the usual range and the air mixed in the fuel when the leakage occurs in low-pressure fuel pipeline result in overnight start-up malfunction.
