摘要
为解决发动机气缸盖新品试制过程中,座圈、导管孔加工刀具加工质量不稳定、柔性差、使用成本高等问题,本文分析了传统一体式组合刀具和分体式刀具的加工缺陷,介绍了一种新型重组刀具的结构原理和设计方法,通过工艺试验证明新型快速重组刀具加工精度高、柔性好、使用成本低,适用于发动机气缸盖多品种的快速试制。
During trial-manufacture of new type engine cylinder head,in order to solve unstable quality in valve seat and valve guide hole machining( common saying gun-reamer),and to improve low flexibility and high cost of machining tool,the defect of machining tool in traditional unitary and separating structure is analysed,and a new principle and design method of fast combination tool is also introduced. Through process test,it is proved that the higher machining accuracy,better flexibility and lower using cost are obtained by the use of new fast combination tool,and it also can be used in the process of fast trial-manufacturing of engine cylinder head.
