摘要 针对越来越苛刻的乘用车油耗法规,研究分析了高效自然吸气汽油机的关键技术和技术路线:在不增加较多的汽油机成本的前提下,通过采用提高压缩比、米勒循环、高比例废气再循环(EGR)、强化滚流的进气道和紧凑型燃烧室、4-2-1排气歧管、高性能点火系统以及低摩擦等关键技术,能较大地提高汽油机热效率,降低油耗,使汽车汽油机达到较好的性价比。 On the basis of discussing the technology route of various high efficiency naturally-aspirated gasoline engines,the key technologies of improving the thermal efficiency of this kind of gasoline engine were compared and analysed. At last,in the consideration of the actual production and the cost factor,2 technical routes and 7 key technologies are proposed to meet the increasingly stringent China's stage 3 and stage 4 fuel consumption regulations,such as to increase compression ratio and inlet tumble,to use miller cycle,high EGR rate,compact combustion chamber,the 4-2-1 exhaust manifold,high energy ignition system and low friction design.
