摘要
研究了宽域氧传感器的工作原理及其控制系统的设计,重点介绍了发动机台架标定试验,试验中对标ETAS公司与HORIBA公司的空燃比分析仪,试验后将自主系统所测的数据与博世的数据进行对比,对试验结果进行分析总结,结果表明自测数据精确度较高,自主氧传感器控制系统完全满足实际工程使用要求。
The operating principle and the design of control system is researched in this paper. Especially introduces engine bench calibration test. During the test,we benchmark the ETAS company in Germany and HORIBA company in Japan air-fuel ratio analyzers.After test we compare the independent system data with BOSCH data,the test results were analyzed and summarized,the results show a high precision self-test data,independent oxygen sensor control system can fully meet the actual project requirements.
