摘要
结合具体的非道路用柴油机机型,介绍了满足柴油机达到国三排放的关键技术和解决方案,通过对非道路用柴油机关键系统进行设计改进,采用提高燃油系统的喷射压力,改变燃烧室形状,优化进排气系统和供油系统凸轮型线,并配以合适的进气涡流比等技术,达到了非道路移动机械用柴油机第三阶段排放标准,从而说明关键技术是可行的,给众多非道路柴油机生产厂家排放升级开发提供了技术参考。
Key technologies and solutions for meeting the national stage 3 emissions regulation of the non-road diesel engines is introduced,combined with the specific non-road diesel engine model. Through the improvement of the design of non-road diesel engine key systems such as to improve plunger diameter vs. lift,enhance injection pressure,optimization of the shape of combustion chamber,optimize cam profile contour of the exhaust system and fuel supply system,and match appropriate intake swirl ratio,the third stage of non-road mobile machinery diesel engine emission standard is reached. It is proven that the key technologies are feasible; it does can be provided to many non-road engine manufacturers for the emissions technology development as a technical reference.
