摘要
对5 kW小型蒸发式车用液暖燃油加热器,一级燃烧室径向进气孔改旋流进气孔,采用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟计算软件Fluent,对二者燃烧室气体流动进行了分析对比,由模拟计算结果可以看出,薄壁径向进气孔的射流强度及可达深度较小,不利于油气充分的混合燃烧,而旋流进气,因进气孔具有一定的偏心距和较长的孔长,不仅气流所达深度增加,还有较强的旋流作用,这对改善燃烧、减少积炭的生成非常有利。
The swirling inlet was instead of radial inlet on primary combustion chamber for 5 kW Minitype Evaporative liquid Fuel Heater for vehicle. The simulation results indicated that less in jet strength and reach depth of thin wall radial inlet makes against efficient combination and combustion of gas and fuel. And the swirling inlet makes reach depth of airflow increase and has a strong swirl effect,which is beneficial to improve combustion and reduce carbon deposition,because of eccentricity and longer length of air inlet.
