摘要
利用CAD/CAE等现代设计手段对某乘用车汽油机进气歧管进行改进设计,通过快速成型工艺做出试验样件,然后对其进行发动机台架试验,考核其对整机性能的影响,发动机台架试验结果表明:采用新设计的进气歧管,发动机动力性及经济性均得到较大提高,达到开发目标。
In this paper,the intake manifold in gasoline engine is designed optimally integrating CAD and CAE. The computational models are rapidly shaped by CAM. Then its reliability and influence on engine performance are checked by bench test. The test results show that the improved intake manifold raises the engine power and improves fuel consumption,and the aim of the design is reached.
