摘要
对扭矩法和转角法2种紧固件装配拧紧方法分析,考虑共轨管限流器部件拧紧过程中影响轴向力的因素,通过试验来选择适合产品的最优的拧紧方法和策略,设计扭矩—转角法装配工艺并进行测试,测试结果表明,采用扭矩—转角法装配限流器部件可减少其轴力散差,保证装配的一致性,满足高压情况下共轨管的密封性和可靠性。
The two kinds of fastener assembly tight methods,the torque method and the rotation angle method are analyzed,and the factors which influence axial force are considered when the common rail flow limiter parts tighten up. The best tightening method and strategy are tested,and the torque-rotation angle method assembly technology is selected. The test results show that when the flow limiter parts are assembled with the torque-rotation angle method,the scatter difference of axial force can be reduced,and the consistency of the assembly is reached,and sealing and reliability in the common rail tube are satisfied under the high pressure situation.
