摘要
为了在现有生产设备和工艺条件下提高散热器主片的耐冷热冲击性能,分析了散热器失效模式,设计了新型T型结构主片并通过有限元分析(FEA)进行结构和工艺优化,使得散热器耐冷热冲击的周期得到了大幅度提高,同平直主片相比寿命提高了66%,对乘用车散热器可靠性研究提供了好的借鉴。
In order to improve the radiator main film thermal shock performance,under the condition of existing equipment and process,the failure model analysis of radiator was conducted. A new type radiator main film was designed and optimized by FEA( finite element analysis) in structure and process,and the thermal shock test was conducted. The test results shown that the design can be a good reference due to test cycle number was increased to 66%.
