摘要
模块化与柔性化设计作为一种先进的设计理念和智能化方法在燃油系统零部件设计中得到越来越多的应用。为了在喷油泵泵体开发过程中实现智能化设计,建立了基于PROE的参数化特征模型,通过对泵体抽象特征概念,提取核心技术参数,然后给特征赋值,利用程序及逻辑指令完成人机交互,实现泵体的智能化变形设计。
Modular and flexible design as one of advanced design philosophy and intelligent design principle has adopted increasingly on part and assembly in fuel injection system. In order to achieve intelligent design concept in the CAD design process of injection pump housing structure,set up 3D features with parameterized model based on PROE,abstract pump housing features,fetch key parameters,then assign the parameters to features,use program and logic order to realize human- computer interaction,fulfill pump housing smart variant design.
