柴油机润滑系统的仿真计算与优化

摘要 为解决某款柴油机摇臂与气门杆接触端在中低转速下出现磨损的问题,采用AMESIM对本机的润滑系统进行仿真计算,结果表明,第1档凸轮轴的入口孔径过大,摇臂喷嘴的喷油量过小,通过对第1档凸轮轴的入口孔径和机油泵排量进行优化,减小入口孔径、增大机油泵的排量,从而解决了中低转速下摇臂与气门杆接触端磨损的问题。 To solve the problem that the contact point between rocker and valve was worn and torn at the middle and low engine speeds,the performance of lubrication system in diesel engine was calculated by AMESim software. The results showed that the intake orifice diameter of the first camshaft is too big,and the flow rate of the rocker spout is too little. By optimizing the intake orifice diameter of the first camshaft and the displacement of oil pump,the intake orifice diameter was decreased and the displacement of oil pump was increased. Finally,the problem of abrasion between rocker and valve rod at the middle and low engine speed was solved.
