摘要
为了解决发动机飞轮盘中凸齿中心位置随转速变化而变化的问题,在不更改机械装置系统的前提下,介绍了一种新的磁电传感器调理电路,将磁电转速传感器一个周期内正、负半周信号转换为脉冲信号,分别输入到控制单元进行处理,并用Pspice仿真软件对调理电路进行了电路仿真,配合相应的软件,计算出时间基准进行燃油喷射系统控制,结果表明,该方法提高了发动机相位的测量精度,提高了喷射的控制精度,从而达到降低排放的目的。
In order to solve the engine flywheel plate convex tooth center position varies with the speed change problem,in the premise of not changing the mechanical device of the system,this paper introduces the conditioning circuit of a new magnetic speed sensor,the magnetoelectric speed sensor in a period of positive,negative conversion half cycle signal is pulse signal,are input to the control unit for processing,and use Pspice simulation software to the conditioning circuit of circuit simulation,with the appropriate software,to calculate the time reference of electronic controlled fuel injection system. The results show that,this method improves the precision of measuring engine phase,greatly improving the control precision of injection,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing emissions.
