摘要
文章以某6×4非公路矿用自卸车为研究对象,运用AVL公司CRUISE软件建立整车模型,对整车性能进行模拟分析,对不同变速器和主减速比进行匹配分析,通过计算选型,得出满足实际工况需求的动力传动系匹配方案,结果表明:利用AVL CRUISE进行整车动力性模拟计算,可在整车开发过程中为动力匹配提供可靠的数据支持,并明显缩短产品的开发时间,节省试验等方面的费用。
A 6 × 4 off-roadtruck is taken as the research object in this paper. The whole vehicle simulation model is built in CRUISE software from AVL company,and the vehicle performance is analyzed while the matching simulations are taken with the different transmission and final drive ratio. Based on calculation results,the power transmission line matching scheme is obtained to meet the needs of the actual working conditions. The results show that the power simulation for the whole vehicle by the CRUISE software is not only to provide reliable data support for powertrain match,which also can greatly shorten the development time and save the cost of the product.
