摘要 轴类零件回转密封面的微观构造缺陷会造成动力总成类产品内腔的工作介质外泄,从而导致严重的质量问题,对回转轴配合部因机加工失当而引起的密封功能失效进行了技术分析,描述了利用精密的表面轮廓仪,悬线偏移法和在线光学测量等3种方法检测密封性的方案,介绍了某企业以标准的形式提出的用于评定回转密封面螺线状态的规范。 Micro structural defects of shaft rotary sealing surface will cause inner cavity working medium leakage for power train products. Rotary shaft with seal failure caused by improper machining were analyzed in this paper. Three methods for detection of sealing,such as precision surface profiler,hanging line offset and online optical measurement were introduced,then enterprise standard for assessment of rotary sealing surface spiral state were described.
