Cost Control Analysis in Product Research and Development of High Pressure Common Rail System

高压共轨系统是多学科高新技术的集成产品,其研发生产对中国燃油系统行业的发展至关重要,当前国内高压共轨系统研发企业正面临着跨国公司的冲击,亟需开展成本控制以提高企业竞争力,针对高压共轨系统产品的研发过程,阐述了研发阶段开展成本控制的重要意义,聚焦共轨系统产品研发成本控制在技术创新、意识培养、控制重点和战略分析等方面存在的问题,提出了相关控制对策。

The research and development of High Pressure Common Rail System( HPCRS),which integrated with multi-disciplinary new and high technologies,are crucial for the development of Chinese fuel injection system industry. However,Chinese companies who engaged in research and development of HPCRS are facing the impact imposed by transnational corporations at present. Therefore there is urgent need to develop cost control for Chinese fuel injection companies so as to improve their market competitiveness. The paper discussed the important significance of cost control during the research and development phase of HPCRS. Furthermore,related control countermeasures were proposed by focusing on the cost control problem in technological innovation,consciousness training,control emphasis and strategic analysis of HPCRS product's research and development process.
