摘要
基于无缸套发动机缸孔在发动机装配后存在变形的状况,从轻型发动机无缸套缸孔变形情况入手,分别研究了采用模拟缸盖的缸孔拆盖、安装产品缸盖后缸孔变形和没有模拟缸盖的缸孔变形,以及模拟缸盖工艺缸体装机验证情况,为发动机技术升级以及性能提升提供了参考依据。
Based on cylinder hole deformation after engine assembled.It focuses on deformations of cylinder hole after removing simulated cylinder head on a engine without jacket,and deformations of cylinder hole after cylinder head assembled.and the assembling cylinder block with simulated cylinder head process was also studied.It provides a reference for engine technology upgrading and performance improvement.
