摘要
零件参数的选取是一个最优化问题。假定产品与零件的参数为正态分布的随机变量 ,在此基础上 ,以零件的标定值和容差为决策函数 ,以产品的总费用为目标函数构造一个非线性规划的模型。首先 ,用计算机程序选择适当的零件标定值使产品参数的平均值达到标定值 ,然后 ,再用计算机程序对容差的选取方式逐步尝试 ,选择最优的容差方式使得总费用最小。
The selecting of parameter of details is an optimal matter.Assumptin that parameter of details and products is random variable which is taken on normal distribution.So I could choose calibration and torlerence of details as decision-making function, total value of products as object function so as to construct a nonlinear scheme model.First appropriate calibration of details could be selected by using computer paragram so as to make norm of product parameter come to object value. Second I try option manner of torlerence by using computer paragram so as to select optimal torlerence manners and make total value minimize.
