摘要
在三维CAD软件SolidWorks中创建带式输送机传动滚筒三维模型 ,然后用有限元分析软件COSMOS WORKS ,对其进行了静力分析 ,基本掌握了传动滚筒的受力和变形情况。并根据有限元计算结果 ,以滚筒壁厚优化设计为例 ,介绍了用有限元法进行传动滚筒优化设计的过程。
Draw the three-dimensional model of the driving drum of belt conveyor with the solid works CAD software,then linear analysis of the driving drum is conducted with the COSMOS/WORKS finite element analysis software,mastery of the driving-drum's suffering force and displacement situation.Based on the result of the finite element analysis,in order to present the process of the finite element optimized design,the driving drum's wall thickness optimized design process is given as an example.
