摘要
基于材料冲蚀磨损原理探讨了磨料射流切割结构陶瓷材料机理 ,提出了磨粒单次加载、循环加载及高压水辅助作用下裂纹的萌生、扩展和交汇使陶瓷材料破坏剥落的观点。应用自制的前混合磨料射流切割装置对Al2 O3 结构陶瓷材料进行了单因素切割试验 ,获得了切割性能曲线。
ON the base of the principle of erode wear and tear that research the DIA jet theory about the structure china,puts forward the standpoint of the crackle produce,expansion and communication peeling the china material off that was caused by the abrasive pellet single function,circular function and auxiliary function of high-pressure water.Apply premixed abrasive DIA jet cut installation made by ourselves to do the sole factor cut experiment about Al 2O 3 structure china material,and get the cut performance curved line.
