缺氧诱导因子-1α在子宫内膜癌中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)是一种在常氧下迅速降解,在缺氧时稳定存在并调控肿瘤组织酸碱平衡、代谢、凋亡和血管新生的重要核转录因子。组织缺氧在子宫内膜癌(内膜癌)生长过程中极为多见,HIF-1α作为关键转录因子,通过调控其下游基因的表达,在内膜癌缺氧耐受和促进内膜癌恶行性进展方面发挥着重要的作用。本文就HIF-1α的作用机制及在内膜癌中的研究现状作一综述。
