摘要
火箭发动机喷焰流动和光电辐射效应对飞行器动力、热防护以及探测特性等有着重要影响,由于喷焰状态涉及高温高速流动、复燃化学反应等一系列复杂的物理和化学现象,通过实验研究喷焰流动特征和辐射效应是喷焰研究的重要手段。从实验研究角度出发,设计小型固体火箭发动机实验,获得系留状态的喷焰流动,进而通过光学测量手段,对喷焰流动和辐射状态进行测量,获得了喷焰波系结构、中长波光谱辐射、红外热像等综合信息,为认识喷焰流动和辐射效应提供了数据基础。
The flow and radiation effects of rocket engine have great influence on the power,thermal protection and detection characteristics of aircraft. Because the plume spraying involves a series of complicated physical and chemical phenomena such as high-temperature high-speed flow and rekindled chemical reaction,the study of plume spraying and radiation effect through experimental research becomes an important method for flume spraying research. From the perspective of experimental research,by using small solid rocket motor,the tether status of flume flow is obtained;and then by means of optical measurement,the plume flow and radiation status are obtained. The results show that the comprehensive information such as the plume spraying wave structure,medium-long-wavelength spectrum radiation and infrared thermal image can be obtained by using the small solid-state engine experiment,which provides the data foundation for understanding the plume flow and radiation effects.
