面向知识活动的指挥信息系统体系结构框架

摘要 未来战场上知识的高效处理运用将在态势感知、指挥决策、行动控制中涌现作战效能,智能化指挥信息系统设计与构建需要以知识为中心的体系结构框架指导和规范。探讨知识活动作用机理,提出面向知识活动的体系结构框架,由此引出知识视角及其设计过程,以反导作战筹划为实例,重点阐述了知识视角在指挥信息系统体系结构设计中的应用过程,验证了知识视角的可行性和有效性。 The efficient processing and application of knowledge in the future battlefield will produce operational effectiveness in situation awareness,command decision,and action control. The design and construction of intelligent command information system should be guided and standardized by the knowledge-based architecture framework. The mechanism of knowledge activity is discussed. The knowledge activity-oriented architecture framework is proposed. The knowledge viewpoint and the design process are identified. Taking the anti-missile combat planning as an example,the application process of the knowledge viewpoint in the command information system architecture design is emphatically described. Feasibility and effectiveness of the knowledge viewpoint are verified.
