在分析并建立军民融合装备维修保障评估指标体系的基础上,将云理论和物元理论进行结合,克服了专家打分数据的模糊性和不确定性,同时利用熵权法和均方差法进行评估指标体系的综合赋权,尽可能减少主观性带来的不利影响,最终对4个军地不同维修保障单位的维修保障能力进行了分析比较,并定量的给出了维修保障等级,可对建制维修保障单位做出公正客观的评价。
