摘要
在分析并建立军民融合装备维修保障评估指标体系的基础上,将云理论和物元理论进行结合,克服了专家打分数据的模糊性和不确定性,同时利用熵权法和均方差法进行评估指标体系的综合赋权,尽可能减少主观性带来的不利影响,最终对4个军地不同维修保障单位的维修保障能力进行了分析比较,并定量的给出了维修保障等级,可对建制维修保障单位做出公正客观的评价。
Based on the analysis and establishment of the evaluation index system of equipment maintenance support,The cloud theory and matter-element theory are combineal to overcome the fuzziness and uncertainty of expert scoring data.At the same time,the method of entropy and mean square error Index system of comprehensive empowerment to minimize the adverse effects of subjectivity,and ultimately analyzing and compareing the maintenance ability of four maintenance units,and giving the level of maintenance,maintenance units can be established to make a fair and objective evaluation.
