摘要
箭上电缆网是运载火箭控制系统的重要组成部分。电缆网设计中应充分考虑供配电和信号传输的可靠性、安全性和电磁兼容性要求。详细介绍了电连接器和电缆的选择要求以及电缆的屏蔽和接地设计要求,并给出了1553B总线、供配电线路、电阻盒以及助推分离等线路的详细设计,为运载火箭箭上电缆网设计提供经验和参考。
The onboard cable network is an important constituent part of launch vehicle control system.The reliability,safety and electromagnetic compatibility requirements of power supply and distribution and signal transimission should be fully considered in the design of onboard cable network.The selection requirements of electrical connectors and cables,and the design requirements for shielding and grounding of cables are introduced in detail.The detailed design of 1553 B bus,power supply and distribution line,resistance box and boost separation circuit are given in the paper,which provides experience and reference for the design of launch vehicle onboard cable network.
