介绍合成氨装置运行2年来,变换工序存在压差高、第一变换炉催化剂活性下降快及压差高等一系列问题,针对这些问题进行深入的探讨和分析,提出切实可行的解决办法,确保生产装置高效稳定运行。
This paper introduces problems in transformation procedure, such as high differential pressure, catalyst activity decreased quickly in the first converter, after operating 2 years ago. It also discusses and analyzes the problems, it proposes solution feasibly, which ensure production equipment operates efficient and stably.
