水力透平是脱碳单元重要的节能设备,但是从工厂试车时起,水力透平在启动过程中因为振值太大一直未能投入运行。经重点分析导致其振值超标的原因并提出具体的解决方案后,透平运行状况良好。

Hydraulic turbine is an important energy saving equipment in decarbonization unit, but hydraulic turbine has not been put into operation because vibration value is too large while starting from factory test run. After analyzing causes of vibration value over proof, and proposes specific countermeasure which makes hydraulic turbine operates well.
