着重介绍了52万t/a尿素装置采用流化床造粒技术生产大颗粒尿素的工艺流程及投资情况,通过对比最近三年来大颗粒尿素和小颗粒尿素销售价格差异,证明采用流化床造粒技术生产大颗粒尿素,可以取得较好的经济效益。
The paper emphasis introduces technology process and investments of 520 000t/a urea plant using fluidized bed granulation technology producing large granular urea, it contrasts price variance between large granular urea and granular urea last three years, proves that by using fluidized bed granulation technology producing large granular urea can achieve better economic efficiency.
