摘要
针对山西中煤平朔能源化工有限公司低温甲醇洗装置运行过程中出现的H_2S吸收塔设计缺陷、共沸塔设计缺陷、萃取器设计缺陷、甲醇水塔废水外排不畅、热再生塔Ⅲ段油含量高、排放气中硫化氢超标、轻烃除臭、冬季机泵冷却循环水冻堵等问题,进行了技术改造和优化操作,目前各项指标均达到或优于设计值。
During operation of low temperature methanol wash unit in Shanxi Chinacoal Pingshuo Energy Chemical Company,design defect of H2S absorber, azeotrope tower and extractor exist, waste water of methanol water separation tower discharge is unsmooth, oil content of Ⅲ stage of heat regeneration tower is high, H2S content in discharge gas exceeds standard, light hydrocarbon deodorizes, pump cooling water freezes and blocks in winter. Aiming at these problems, technical retrofit and optimizing operation are put forward. Each index has achieved or is superior to design targets.
