摘要
CO_2汽提法尿素装置解吸水解,目的是回收NH_3、CO_2做原料,但在运行中存在解吸水解效果不理想,分析其原因,对解吸塔、水解塔进行了部分改造,以达到工艺要求。
The purpose of desorption and hydrolysis of CO2 stripping urea plant is to recover NH3 and CO2 as raw material,but the effect of desorption and hydrolysis is not ideal during operation.The reasons are analyzed,and the desorption tower and hydrolysis tower are partly retrofitted to meet the process requirements.
