This paper introduces and summarizes various accidents occurred in production and operation of ammonia oxidation furnace which is a key equipment for double-pressurized dilute nitric acid plant since it was put into operation on January 17,2015 in Chongqing Feihua Environmental Protection Technology Company.The reasons are analyzed and explored,and corresponding countermeasures are taken for various accidents.
