浅析合成氨装置钢结构焊接质量的管理

摘要 影响钢结构焊接质量包含五个管理要素:人、机、料、法、环,其中,人的因素是钢结构焊接关键性的影响因素,工艺、方法、方案是影响钢结构焊接质量、敏感性较高的因素。依据GB50661《钢结构焊接规范》规范要求,重点从焊工资格、焊接工艺两个方面,阐述了做好合成氨装置钢结构焊接监督管理工作的基本思路和具体做法。 There are five management factors affecting the welding quality of steel structure:human,machine,material,method and ring.Among them,the human factor is the key factor affecting the welding of steel structure.The process,methods and schemes are high sensitivity factors affecting the welding quality of steel structure.According to the requirements of GB50661'Code for Welding of Steel Structures',the basic ideas and specific practices of welding supervision and management of steel structure in synthetic ammonia plant are elaborated from two aspects of welder qualification and welding process.
