煤浆泵隔膜的损坏机理研究

Study of damage mechanism of diaphragm of coal slurry pump

介绍煤浆泵在使用的过程中出现的隔膜运行周期短、频繁破裂的问题,通过分析平板隔膜存在的劣势以及煤浆泵在运行过程中出现的种种异常,得出造成煤浆泵隔膜频繁损坏的原因除其自身存在缺陷外,主要原因为隔膜两侧受压不均匀导致隔膜频繁破裂,运行周期短。

This paper introduces the problems of short operation period and frequent rupture of coal slurry pump diaphragm in use.By analyzing the disadvantages of flat diaphragm and the abnormalities in the operation of coal slurry pump,it is concluded that the main reason for frequent damage of diaphragm of coal slurry pump is the frequent rupture of diaphragm and short operation period caused by uneven pressure on both sides of diaphragm,besides its own defects.
