摘要
通过对水煤浆气化装置粗渣脱水进行技改优化,有效地解决了气化粗渣带水现象,降低了气化粗渣的含水量,减少了气化粗渣带水对地面的环境污染,达到了保护环境,循环利用气化粗渣的含水量,整体提高了现场环境状况,增强气化粗渣的外售优势。
Through technical retrofit and optimization of coarse slag dewatering of coal water slurry gasification unit,the phenomenon of gasification coarse slag carrying water was effectively solved.The water content of gasification coarse slag was reduced,and the pollution to the ground was reduced.It can recycle the moisture content of the gasification coarse slag,protect the environment condition,and enhance the advantages of the gasification coarse slag for sale.
