摘要
熔盐炉炉管和炉排结渣,造成生产系统多次降负荷生产,严重时造成紧急停车等问题。通过系统工艺优化和技术改造,实际运行表明,结渣现象明显降低,同时也降低了煤耗,延长系统运行周期,最终降低成本。
For the problem of load reduction production,even emergency shutdown of production system,caused by slagging on furnace tube and grate of molten salt furnace,process optimization and technical retrofit are conducted.Practical operation shows that the slagging phenomenon and the coal consumption are both significantly reduced,the operation period of system is extended,and ultimately the cost is reduced.
