This paper analyzes the main risk factors and potential risks in the operation of fixed-layer gas generators commonly used by domestic fertilizer enterprises,and summarizes the key points of process safety operation.It points out that only mastering the main risk factors and process safety operation points of gas stoves,can the purpose of high production,low consumption and safe operation be realized.
