摘要
合成氨装置污水水量大,水质差,实现污水零排放技术难度大,投资、运行成本高。本文结合合成氨生产装置终端排水水质特点,阐述了浓盐水资源化利用的几种工艺路线,并且对几种污水零排放工艺进行了比较。
It is difficult to achieve zero discharge of wastewater in synthetic ammonia plant because the amount of wastewater is large and the water quality is poor.In this paper,based on the characteristics of terminal drainage water quality of synthetic ammonia production unit,several process routes of resource utilization of concentrated brine are expounded,and several zero discharge processes of wastewater are compared.
