本文对山西兰花科创田悦化肥分公司吹风气余热回收装置新增布袋除尘系统的原因、方案、正常操作要点及注意事项等进行了详细的阐述,并介绍了技改后的运行效果,指出了布袋除尘系统对实现吹风气烟气中颗粒物超低排放的重要性和必要性。
This paper elaborates on the reasons,schemes,normal operation points and precautions of the new bag house dust collector system for the blowing gas waste heat recovery device of Shanxi Lanhua Sci-tech Venture Tianyue Fertiliazer Branch Company,introduces the operation effect after the technical retrofit.The importance and necessity of bag house dust collector system to achieve ultra-low emission of particulate matter in blowing gas are pointed out.
