In order to prevent Cybercrime,our criminal legislation has further broadened the scope of cybercrime.How to achieve the good application is an important issue.On the crime of illegal use of information network,the mode of conduct and the seriousness of the circumstances should be noticed.On the crime of assisting information network criminal activities,we need to strengthen the understanding of'knowing'and serious circumstance.On the crime of refusing to fulfill the obligations of information network security management,we need to clarify the scope of obligations and the level of regulatory authorities.
